Preparation & Training Process
SFC-HR provides a training session to educate the operating and working process as well as rules and regulations to foreign workers using a translators, with Cambodian translators as our permanent staffs, to ensure the correct two-way communications towards these foreign workers.
Warranty
1. SFC HR will give full refund or find new replacements
according to the contract in case the foreign workers
escape or refuse to work within the first 30 days
2. SFC HR will give 60% refund of the full payment according to the contract in case the foreign workers escape or
refuse to work within 31-60 days
3. SFC HR will give 30% refund of the full payment according
to the contract in case the foreign workers escape or
refuse to work within 61-90 days
1. SFC HR will give full refund or find new replacements according to the contract in case the foreign workers escape or refuse to work within the first 30 days
2. SFC HR will give 60% refund of the full payment according to the contract in case the foreign workers escape or refuse to work within 31-60 days

Exception: SFC HR will not obligate for any refund if the client breaches the contract or code of conduct.
